標題:高服役強度的汽車大型沖模結構設計

摘要:對于高服役強度的汽車大型沖壓件模具,生產過程和成形質量的穩定性尤為重要,可通過模具組件的標準化提高設計效率,節約模具制造成本,通過對壓料板動力源的設置、更改斜楔及刀塊角度、斜楔限位塊、翻邊舉升器設置等關鍵控制點進行優化,可縮短模具開發周期,提高生產穩定性。

Structure design for large stamping die in heavy service condition

Abstract: For the large stamping parts with high service strength, the stability of production and quality is particularly important. Through the standardization design of die components to improve the design efficiency and save the die cost, the key control points were optimized such as the setting of the power source of the pressure plate, the angle of the wedge and tool, the limit block, and the setting of the flanging lifter. It shortened the development time of the die and improved the production stability.
