標題：側圍B柱上邊梁彎曲缺陷的原因分析

摘要：側圍外板屬于汽車外覆蓋件，成形工藝復雜，B柱上邊梁位置是外觀缺陷的高發區域，通過對側圍B柱的成形過程和B柱上邊梁應力狀態進行分析，并采用試驗驗證及對標分析的方法，確定缺陷問題產生的根本原因，并制定了防止缺陷再發生的對策。

Abstract: Through the analysis on the forming process of the side wall B-pillar and the stress state of the roof side frame on the B-pillar, the method of experimental verification and benchmarking analysis were carried out. It confirmed the root cause of the problems and formulated the fundamental countermeasures to prevent the defects from forming again.
