標題：特殊造型側圍外板加油口處沖壓工藝分析

摘要：介紹了側圍外板加油口處常用沖壓工藝方案，對引起加油口處A面缺陷的原因進行分析，通過實際案例闡述了特殊造型側圍外板加油口A面缺陷的解決方案，并通過對制件、沖壓工藝、模具結構進行改進，解決了加油口處A面的缺陷，對類似造型的加油口處的工藝設計提供參考。

Abstract: The common stamping process scheme of the fuel filler area on the body side outer panel was presented, and the causes of A-surface defects at the fuel filler area were analyzed. It elaborated the solution for the A-surface defects on the body side outer panel with special shape based on the actual cases. By improving the stamping process and die structure, the A-surface defects at the fuel filler area were effectively solved.
