標題:精細化模面技術在翼子板模具開發上的應用

摘要:結合前期車型開發的模具在成形翼子板過程中產生的外觀缺陷,以某車型翼子板模具開發過程為例,對成形翼子板各工序模面進行精細化處理。通過實施精細化模面技術,模具零件研配質量得到較大提升,減少了模具零件加工、研配及調試時間,降低鉗工修模及模具調試成本,縮短模具開發周期的同時規避前期成形制件產生的外觀缺陷,提升企業競爭力。

Application of surface refining technology in die development of fender

Abstract: Combined with the appearance defects on fenders generated in the forming process, taking the die development process of the fender as an example, the die surfaces of each forming process were refined. Through carrying out the surface refining technology, the bedding-in quality of die parts was improved greatly, which reduced the processing, bedding-in and debugging time. It avoided the appearance defects and improved enterprise competitiveness.
