標題:風扇外殼注射模設計

摘要:介紹了風扇外殼的結構特點,設計了帶多種抽芯及二次推出機構的冷熱流道相結合的注射模,成型時控制了塑件的翹曲變形等缺陷;運用3種不同類型的側抽芯機構,實現了塑件各處側孔的脫模,利用二次推出機構,解決了塑件包緊力大、脫模難的問題,模具結構簡單、可靠性好、實用性強,為同類塑件的模具設計提供了參考。

Design of injection mould for fan housing

Abstract: The structural characteristics of the fan housing were presented, and the injection mould with the combination of cold and hot runners with various core-pulling and twice ejection mechanism was designed. It controlled the defects such as deformation and warping during the moulding process. Three different types of side core-pulling mechanisms were used to realize the demoulding of side holes. The secondary ejection mechanism was used to solve the demoulding problem. The mould structure was simple and reliable and practical which could provide references for mould design for similar parts.
