標題:基于機床維修決策的加工主軸精度控制技術研究

摘要:針對加工主軸過程中需要保證精度較多的問題,利用灰色關聯分析法對加工主軸過程中不同部位精度進行分析,建立灰色關聯系數矩陣,求出不同部位精度與主軸精度之間的關聯度,找出加工主軸過程中需要控制的關鍵質量點。再利用模型GM(1,1)對機床的原始維修時間數據建模,預測機床下一次維修時間,通過對機床的提前維修保證主軸關鍵部位的加工精度,達到對關鍵質量點的主動控制,保證加工主軸的精度。

Research on spindle machining precision control technology based on maintenance decision of machine tool

Abstract: Aiming at many precisions need to be controlled in the spindle processing, the accuracy of different parts in spindle processing was analyzed by using grey correlation analysis method. Through establishing grey correlation coefficient matrix, the relevance of accuracy between spindle and various parts was obtained, and the key quality control point in spindle processing was located. Then the grey model GM(1,1) was used to model the original maintenance time data of the machine tool and predicted the next maintenance time. The critical part accuracy was guaranteed in turn control the key quality point and ensure the processing precision of spindle through repairing machine tool ahead of time.
