標題:基于彎曲剛度與彎曲強度對比分析汽車油底殼輕量化設計

摘要:以汽車油底殼為研究對象,通過綜合對比不同材料的屈服強度及工作環境,選定輕量化目標材料為添加30%玻璃纖維的聚酰胺(PP66+30%GF)。通過等強度厚度設計,以彎曲剛度與彎曲強度為依據,分別計算輕量化目標材料厚度為1.3 mm和3.3 mm,在工作條件為1 650 Pa均布載荷條件下,使用ABAQUS軟件分別對2種厚度的零件進行強度分析。結果表明,當零件厚度為3.3 mm時能滿足工作要求,其設計過程為實際生產提供一定的參考依據和理論基礎。

Lightweight design of automobile oil pan based on comparative analysis of bending stiffness and bending strength

Abstract: Taking the automobile oil pan as a research object, the lightweight material was selected as a polyamide (PP66 + 30% GF) with 30% glass fiber added by comprehensively comparing the yield strength and working environment of different materials. Through the design of equal strength thickness, based on the bending stiffness and bending strength, the lightweight material thickness was calculated to be 1.3 mm and 3.3 mm, respectively. Under the 1 650 Pa uniformly distributed load conditions, the strength analysis of the two thickness parts was carried out by using the ABAQUS software. The results showed that when the part thickness was 3.3 mm, it could meet the work requirements, and it provided a certain reference and theoretical basis for actual production.
