標題:基于正交試驗法的沖壓件滑移線數值模擬研究

摘要:以某汽車行李箱外板上板為研究對象,基于正交試驗,對不同參數下成形的沖壓件產生的滑移線進行了數值模擬分析,結果表明:采用正交試驗法可快速獲得最優成形工藝參數組合,并得出各工藝參數對沖壓件滑移線的影響程度,降低了試驗次數和成本,提升了工作效率。

Abstract: Taking the outer panel of a car trunk as the research object, based on the orthogonal test, the numerical simulation analysis of the slip line on products formed under different parameters was carried out. The results showed that the orthogonal test could be used to quickly obtain the optimal combination of process parameters, and the influence degree of each process parameter on the slip line of stamping parts was obtained.
