標題:CPU散熱片疊扣級進模設計

摘要:以CPU散熱片疊扣級進模為研究對象,介紹了散熱片的組成、加工工藝以及模具改進分析,根據CPU散熱片疊扣模具的主要結構特征,敘述了模具零件加工難點和改進參數。原方案采用4道工序,使用4副沖模進行生產,零件生產周期長、質量不均勻、成本高,現改為級進模生產,自動化程度高,零件成形質量穩定、合格率高。該級進模采用了雙導向結構,模座主體采用滾珠大導柱導向,內外導柱雙導向結構既能保證高精度,又能確保彈壓平穩的可靠性,延長模具使用壽命。

Design of progressive die for CPU cooling fin buckle

Abstract: Taking the progressive die for CPU cooling fin buckles as a research object, the composition of the cooling fin, processing technology, and improvement analysis were introduced. Based on the main structural features of the CPU cooling fin buckle, the basic scheme of die was designed, and the processing difficulties and improved parameters were described. The original process was 4 processes and 4 stamping dies were used, which lead to long production cycle, unevenness quality and high cost. So, it changed to progressive die with the high degree of automation, stable forming quality, and high pass rate. The double guide structure was adopted, the die holder was guided by ball-bearing guide pillar, which could ensure high precision, production reliability, and prolong the service life of the die.
