標題:復雜切廢料機構在級進模中的應用

摘要:從沖壓件成形前期的工藝設計方案、結構設計以及成形難點進行論述,設計了新型切廢料機構,下模刀口安裝在延時退出滑塊上,凸模安裝在上模滑塊上,通過卸料板分離制件,制件與廢料分離后可順利掉出模具,開發的切廢料機構既節省了成本,又保證了制件成形質量。

Application of complex waste cutting mechanism in progressive die

Abstract: Analyzed on the process design, structure design and forming difficulties of stamping parts in the early stage, a new type of waste cutting mechanism was designed. The knife edge of lower half of die was installed on delayed exit slider, and the punch of upper half of die was installed on the slider. The parts were separated from the waste by the stripper plate without deformation.
