標題:基于全工序鋁合金覆蓋件合邊過程研究

摘要:闡述了使用有限元方式再現合邊成形的過程,通過實際案例對比,驗證了有限元分析的可行性與解決合邊開裂措施的有效性,有限元分析可以有效指導工藝參數設計,縮短后期車身匹配尺寸的整改周期,降低制造成本。

Research on flanging process of aluminum alloy cover parts based on whole process

Abstract: The flanging process was reappeared by using finite element method. By comparing the practical cases, the feasibility of finite element analysis and the effectiveness of measures to solve the flanging cracking were verified. The finite element analysis could effectively guide the design of process parameters, shorten the rectification period of the later matching size of the body.
