標題:沖壓成形回彈分析及對策

摘要:從回彈變形對整車裝配和外觀品質的影響出發,分析板料性能、制件形狀、彎曲R角、料厚、模具零件間隙、校正力與摩擦力等因素對回彈的影響,歸納總結材質選擇、優化制件造型、優化工藝造型、補償法與校正法等回彈控制措施在實際中的應用,期望能在沖壓階段有效控制沖壓件的回彈。

Springback of analysis stamping forming process and countermeasures

Abstract: Considering from the influence of the springback deformation on the vehicle assembly and appearance quality, the factors such as sheet material property, parts shape, rangle, material thickness, clearance of die parts, correction force and frictional force were analyzed. The application of springback control measures such as material selection, optimized part modeling, optimized process modeling, compensation method and correction method were summarized. We strived to effectively control the springback of stamped parts during the stamping stage.
