標題:基于分模線與變截面筋條優化的門內板拉深缺陷整改研究

摘要:針對某車型前門內板拉深起皺與開裂缺陷,根據沖壓件結構與模具結構,分析了制件起皺與開裂的成形機理,并提出了基于分模線與變截面筋條優化的控制措施。生產實際表明,優化后起皺與開裂缺陷改善顯著,模具運行效率由81%提升至95%,制件報廢率由0.8%降低至0.06%,為汽車鈑金門內板沖壓工藝設計與模具調試提供了參考。

Improvement of drawing defects of door inner panel based on optimization of parting line and variable section bead

Abstract: Aiming at the defects of wrinkling and cracking on the front door inner panel, the forming mechanism was analyzed according to the structure of stamping parts and die structure, and the control measures that based on the optimization of parting line and variable section bead were put forward. The production showed that the defects of wrinkling and cracking could be improved significantly after the optimization, the die operating efficiency was increased from 81% to 95% and the rejection rate was reduced from 0.8% to 0.06%.
