標題:大型碳纖維增強汽車尾門注射模設計

摘要:分析了碳纖維復合材料汽車尾門的工藝特點,介紹其注射模結構設計、裝配工藝及工作過程,分析了模具成型零件、分型面、澆注系統、碳纖維嵌件、側向抽芯機構、冷卻系統、排氣系統以及脫模系統的設計要點和模具換款功能,該模具結構緊湊,運行穩定,滿足塑件的精度和性能要求。

Design of injection mould for large carbon fiber reinforced automotive tailgate

Abstract: The process characteristics of automotive tailgate with carbon fiber composite were analyzed, and the structure design and the assembly process of its injection mould were introduced. The design points such as mould forming parts, parting level, gating system, carbon fiber inserts, side core-pulling mechanism, cooling system, vent system and demoulding system and the change function of mould type were analyzed. This mould structure was impact and its operation was stable, which met the precision and performance requirements of plastic parts.
