標題:軸承支撐座注射模設計

摘要:針對圓柱塑件內壁帶有環形凹槽、外壁帶有多種側孔特征,設計了熱流道2次開模的兩板模結構以實現塑件的自動化生產,脫模機構設置了3個斜導柱滑塊抽芯機構以實施塑件外壁的側抽芯脫模;內壁環槽的脫模設計了復合環槽抽芯機構,模具結構可靠,成型的塑件達到要求,具有一定的參考作用。

Design of injection mould for bearing support seat

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of cylinder plastic with ring groove in the inner wall and the side holes in the outer wall, a two-plate mould with hot runner was designed to realize the automatic production. In the demoulding mechanism, three core-pulling mechanisms with inclined guide pillar and slider were set to demould the outer wall of the plastic part. For demoulding the inner wall and the ring groove on the inner wall, a composite ring groove core-pulling mechanism was designed. The mould structure was reliable and the formed plastics were qualified.
