標題:醫療車急救氧氣開關殼注射模設計

摘要:結合氧氣開關殼注射成型的需要,通過成型工藝分析,在待成型塑件臥式布局的基礎上設計了1模2腔的兩板注射模結構。澆注系統采用潛伏式澆口,且進料口開設于頂桿上,有效保證了塑件的外觀完整性,避免了手工二次剪除澆口凝料,實現了流道凝料和塑件的自動分離。在塑件內壁2處倒扣的脫模機構設計中,先設計了2個斜頂式滑塊,通過一個側面主滑塊驅動2個斜頂式滑塊實施內收抽芯動作,解決了圓柱形塑件內壁狹小空間內雙側倒扣特征的成型與脫模機構設計難題,為成型同類塑件的模具設計提供有益借鑒。

Design of core pulling mechanism with side slider and double inclined ejector block for emergency oxygen switch shell of hospital car

Abstract: Combined with the need of injection moulding for oxygen switch shell, a two-plate mould with two cavities based on its horizontal layout was designed through the analysis of forming process. The submaring gate was used and the gate was set on the ejector pin, which could effectively ensure the integrity of the plastics’ appearance and avoid the manual secondary cutting for the gate, so as to realize the automatic separation of the runner waste and the plastic part. In the design process of the demoulding mechanism for two symmetrical undercut on the inner wall, two inclined slider were designed. The inner core-pulling movement was driven by a main slider in side. It solved the design problem about the forming and demoulding mechanism in the narrow space for two undercuts in the inner wall of cylindrical plastics, which could be used to reference for injection mould design of similar plastic parts.
