標題:復雜截面空心鋁型材擠壓過程數值模擬

摘要:以某建筑用復雜截面空心鋁型材為研究對象,進行連續擠壓成形模設計。利用仿真模擬技術獲得擠壓過程中金屬的流動變形情況,根據分析結果,提出了改進工作帶及分流孔形狀尺寸的方案。模具結構經過改進后,型材出口處金屬流速均勻,數值模擬與試模結果吻合,為模具設計提供了理論指導,減少了試模成本。

Numerical simulation of extrusion process for complex section hollow aluminum profile

Abstract: Taking a complex section hollow aluminum profile for buildings as the research object, the continuous extrusion die design was carried out. The instantaneous state of flow deformation of metal during extrusion was obtained by numerical simulation. According to the simulation results, the shape and size of the working belt and the split hole were improved. After the die structure improved, the metal flow rate at the exit of the profile was uniform. The numerical simulation was consistent with the test results, which provided theoretical guidance for die design and reduced the cost of debugging.
