標題:咬合式夾持技術在薄壁零件加工中的應用

摘要:以熱薄壁零件為例,介紹了零件的技術要求、加工工藝、編程方法及加工過程,通過咬合式夾持技術解決零件剛性差、加工質量難控制等問題,與傳統裝夾方案加工薄壁零件比較,咬合式夾持方案提高了加工效率、降低了加工成本,最終達到了加工的零件滿足尺寸精度和技術要求的目的。

Application of occlusal clamping technology in thin-walled parts processing

Abstract: Taking the hot thin-walled part as an example, it introduced the technical requirements, processing technology, programming method and processing process of the parts. Also, it solved the problems such as poor rigidity of the parts and difficult to control the processing quality through the occlusal clamping technology. Compared with the traditional clamping scheme for thin-walled parts, it improved the processing efficiency and reduced the cost, and finally met the requirements of size accuracy and technology.
