標題:高職院校校企合作體制下精準化人才培養反饋機制的構建

摘要:高職院校在校企合作人才共育過程中存在專業技能培養偏離企業崗位需求、實習轉化就業持續走低等問題。通過調查問卷及企業實地調研,剖析現有校企合作體制下人才培養在課程體系建設、專業技能培養、實習管理、職業素養培養等方面所存在的問題,構建“三方互通,五位一體”的人才培養信息反饋機制,實現學校、家長、企業三者信息互通,整合指導教師、企業師傅、輔導員、就業辦、企業HRD五個方面的教育合力,通過動態課程體系、當代工匠大講堂、專業實習單位數據庫平臺等措施確保學生的精準化培養,實現學生專業技能與職業素養的“雙提升”。

Construction of feedback mechanism for accurate talent cultivation under school-enterprise cooperation system in higher vocational colleges

Abstract: In the process of talents co-education of school-enterprise in higher vocational colleges, there are many problems in the development process due to the lack of information feedback system. For example, the professional skills training deviates from the needs of enterprise posts, and the rate of “internship conversion employment” continues to fall. Based on survey questionnaires of the past graduate and corporate field research seminars, the problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation system in terms of curriculum development, professional skills training, internship management, professional quality training were in-depth analysis. The “three-way interoperability, five-in-one” talent training information feedback mechanism was built to realize the information exchange between schools, parents and enterprises, and integrate the educational synergy of five aspects: mentor, enterprise teachers, counselors, employment offices, and enterprise HRD. Through the dynamic curriculum system, the contemporary artisan lecture hall, the professional internship database and other measures,it ensured the accurate training of students to achieve the "double promotion" of students' professional skills and professionalism.
