一模多件沖壓滑移線控制研究

摘要:闡述了某車型后背門外板一模三件生產工藝,生產過程中外板上部表面滑移線明顯,左右兩側對稱,影響車身表面質量。通過CAE模擬分析、工藝優化等方法,解決了外板上部表面滑移線問題,總結了此類結構沖壓件生產過程中滑移線的控制方法。

Research on controlling slip line in multi-parts stamping process

Abstract: The production process that forming three-parts in a die for rear door outer panels was described. During the production, some bilateral symmetrial slip lines were obviously on the upper surface of the outer panel, which affected the surface quality of car body. By means of CAE simulation analysis and process optimization, the problem of slip line on the upper surface of the outer panel was solved. It summarized the control method for slip line in the production process of stamping parts with such structure.
