摘要：介紹了帶加強筋的Z形彎曲件的結構，采用1副彎曲模完成了零件2個方向的彎曲和中間壓筋的成形。設計的模具結構簡單、緊湊，滿足了零件成形尺寸、形狀精度的要求，提高了生產效率，降低了生產成本。

Abstract: The structure of Z bending part with stiffeners was introduced. A set of bending die was used to complete the bending of parts in two directions and the forming of the rib in the middle of part. The design die structure was simple and compact, which met the requirements of part’s size and precision.
