摘要:對某汽車化油器成型工藝進行分析,闡述了成型化油器的流道及澆口、成型零件、滑塊組件、脫螺紋機構等的設計,并說明了滑塊組件和脫螺紋機構設計的難點。通過試模證明:模具生產穩定,操作簡便,降低了制造成本,提高了生產效率。

Design of injection mould for carburetor

Abstract: The moulding process of a carburetor was analyzed, and the design of the mould runner and gate, moulded parts, slider assembly, and thread demoulding mechanism were presented. It expounded design difficulties of the slider assembly and the thread demoulding mechanis. The mould debugging proved that the mould could product stably and operate simply.
