摘要:針對駕駛側下飾板形狀復雜、脫模困難等問題,模具結構設計了2個動模大滑塊、2個定模斜滑塊、8個動模斜推塊的側向抽芯機構,并采用熱流道轉普通流道和潛伏式澆口相結合的澆注系統及組合推出機構。模具經實際生產驗證:各機構布局緊湊、設計合理,成型的塑件能滿足汽車儀表板裝配要求。

Design of injection mould for trim panel on the driver side

Abstract: Aiming at the complex-shaped trim panel on the driver side and difficult to demoulding, two large guide pillars and two inclined sliders in the fixed half of mould, side core-pulling mechanisms with eight angled ejectors in the moving half of mould were designed. It applied the hot runner to cold runner and subsurface gate, and the combined ejection mechanism was adopted. The actual production verified that each organization was compact in layout and reasonable in design, and the manufactured products could meet the assembly requirements of automobile dashboard.
