摘要:針對傳統熱流道系統使用鈹銅嘴芯生產風葉零件,受玻璃纖維影響容易出現進料不平衡的問題,設計了一種含鎢鋼嘴芯、特殊絕熱套的熱流道系統并應用于空調風葉模具上。經生產驗證,采用新的熱流道結構可以確保模具生產穩定、噪音小、成型的零件質量可靠,對行業生產含玻璃纖維零件的熱流道系統具有指導意義。

Development and application of hot runner system in die for air-conditioning fan blades with glass fiber

Abstract: The beryllium copper nozzle core was used intraditional hot runner system to produce fan blades, it always occurred unbalanced filling due to the influence of glass fiber. A hot runner system with tungsten nozzle core and special insulation sleeve was designed and applied to the mould for air conditioning fan blades. It had been verified by production that the new hot runner structure ensured stable production, low noise, and reliable quality of moulding parts.
